Kitchener, Ontario, August 25, 2026 – BinSentry, a global leader providing AI-driven solutions to transform animal feed management, is pleased to announce that Justin Wong has joined the leadership team as our Vice President of Corporate Development.
With more than 14 years of experience across the ag-tech sector, corporate finance, M&A, and scaling businesses, Justin will lead strategic initiatives that support BinSentry’s growth, including corporate strategy, business development, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and capital planning.

A finance graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, Wong began his career in investment banking at Piper Jaffray, advising companies across agriculture, biologicals, renewable energy, and industrial markets. Prior to joining BinSentry, he spent nearly a decade at Indigo Ag, where he led corporate development and strategic finance initiatives. He was responsible for more than $975 million of equity and debt financings, and led execution of acquisitions, carve-outs, strategic partnerships, and new business creation.
